Frank Woon-a-Tai is a former lawyer and businessman from Guyana, South America. He is a prolific author and speaker on leadership, diversity, and corporate social responsibility. Woon-a-Tai has held senior executive positions at several multi-national corporations, including Citibank, ABN AMRO, and Royal Bank of Canada. He was also the president of the Guyana Bar Association and the Guyana Manufacturers Association. In 2009, he was awarded the Order of Distinction by the government of Guyana in recognition of his contributions to the country. Woon-a-Tai is currently a visiting professor at several universities and an advisor to various organizations globally.
